We offer exchange for all online orders. Please note that we do not currently offer refunds for in store purchased products at our Muswell Hill/ London Store.
For online purchases notice us within 14 days of receiving your products for exchanges or returns. Rakha does not provide a return label and therefore the return shipping costs should be handled by the customer.
Please note that products such as underwear, hosiery, earrings cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Once we receive the returned items we will notify you by e-mail to confirm, which will be processed within 5-10 working days of receipt.
Please make sure all the items are unworn and intact before exchanged. We will not be able to make an exchange if the items are damaged or worn.
Exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same product are not guaranteed. Your replaced item will be sent to you on receipt of the original.
Please note that orders might be dispatched instantly and therefore we are unable to make any order cancellations.
