Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?
If you need any assistance regarding your order I’m sure we can help. Please call us on; email@example.com.When will you charge me for my items?
Your bank will authorise the payment when you place the order. We will only take the authorised payment when we dispatch your order to you.
What Credit cards do you accept and is this secure?
Good news we accept all visa cards, Mastercard , Maestro debit & credit cards and American express cards. If you do not wish to use a credit or debit card you can also pay through Pay Pal.
Please note that if you paid through Pay Pal you will not be able to get a refund for your items.
Do I need an account to place an order?
If you do not wish to create an account you can place an order as a guest user, but if you do create an account you will be able to:
Track your order and review past purchases
Shop without entering your address details

Do I have to sign for my delivery?
We do require a signature on receipt for security reasons, so that the package reaches the intended recipient.
